The Cottage and Lodge are located across the street from the Port Douglas Post Office, three minutes walk to beautiful Four Mile Beach and just fifty metres to the shops, street cafes, boutiques, bars and restaurants of Macrossan Street, the main street.

Marina Mirage, the departure point for most of the trips to the Great Barrier Reef and home of even more shops and restaurants, is a short three minute stroll.

Being so centrally located, guests at Port Douglas Cottage and Lodge have no need to go to the expense of renting a car unless travelling out of town. All Port Douglas attractions are within easy walking distance.

Cairns Airport Transfers

On request, transfers to and from Cairns International or Domestic Terminals can be arranged with one of the local transfer companies.

Current charges are:

• Standard Limousine & Driver: $160 one way
• Stretch Limousine & Driver: $225 one way
